When you place an order or reservation, our store (Shopify) collects the details needed to complete it: your name, contact information, shipping address, and payment information processed by Shopify's secure checkout.

When you submit the contact form or a Custom Mating inquiry, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you provide so we can reply.

If you join the newsletter, we store your email address to send you updates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, and a Google Ads tag to measure how our advertising performs — for example whether someone who clicked an ad later submits a form, taps our phone number, or places a reservation. These tools set cookies and share usage data with Google.

Visitors in regions that require consent (including the EU, UK, Switzerland, and Quebec) are shown a cookie banner. Advertising measurement stays off there until you accept; rejecting keeps advertising cookies off while the rest of the site works normally. Outside those regions, measurement runs without a banner, and you can still change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

If you leave a review, we publish the name, rating, text, and any photos you submit. Your email address and phone number are never published.
